We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alteración. If for any reason you’re not happy, please review our returns policy below.
Returns- Original Condition
You may return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused

Be in their original condition

Be returned in the original packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
How do I return an item?
To start a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at alteracionclothing@gmail.com.
Include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with full instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Faulty/ incorrect items & Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
